That's right. Pies, pies, pies.
Of course, this year I was so busy planning the wedding that I mostly forgot to invite people over for Thanksgiving dinner. So, our dinner this year is going to be somewhat intimate, which, frankly, is a helluva lot easier than the years when we have twenty people showing up with side dishes and wine and whatnot.
So, instead of making four pies this year, I made two. The standard pumpkin pie, because people expect it. And the world's most beautiful apple pie, because I have to show off a little bit, right?
